Mountain Goat can run as a single-tenant deployment scoped to a controlled environment, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States.

Connections use HTTPS, and credentials and secrets are encrypted at rest.

No. Your data is processed only to do the work you ask for and is not used to train AI models.

You can run rule-based extraction without AI, or enable AI extraction when you want it.

The Goat answers questions about your POs, exceptions, and readiness. It is read-only: it never edits, sends, deletes, changes setup, or reveals secrets.

We measure extraction against human-verified 'golden answers' using a built-in evaluation harness, and operator corrections feed back to improve results over time.

Low-confidence or missing values become flagged exceptions for an operator to review, so nothing is booked silently.

No. PO intake works on its own; quoting is an optional module you can turn on when ready.

Native integrations are built in for Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, and Epicor Kinetic (sales order push), QuickBooks Online (invoice push), and Salesforce (quote pull). Every integration is off by default; you enable it and control when it goes live. Reviewed orders also export in a structured, ERP-neutral shape that loads into any system that accepts structured import. More native connectors are on the roadmap.
