# Mountain Goat

> Mountain Goat turns emailed purchase orders into clean, reviewed order data for B2B manufacturers and distributors, cross-referencing each customer's part numbers to your item master. Optional quoting and an AI copilot are built in.

Mountain Goat is AI sales order automation built by Mountain Goat Solutions LLC. Customers keep emailing POs the way they already do; Mountain Goat extracts headers and line items, matches customers and part numbers, flags exceptions for human review, and exports reviewed orders for your ERP.

- Who it's for: Small to mid-sized B2B manufacturers, distributors, and industrial suppliers whose teams process emailed or uploaded customer POs across many different formats.
- Getting started: The demo is free. Initial setup plus your first 3 months is $5,000. That covers workflow discovery and configuration, representative PO and quote setup, initial customer and item data import, and team onboarding with weekly launch sessions. Most teams are online within 3 days.
- PO formats: Text and email-body POs, text-based PDFs, Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx), and image POs (JPEG, PNG).
- Quote matching: When a PO cites your quote, Mountain Goat links the two and compares them line by line.
- Discrepancies caught: Price differences, quantity differences, unit-of-measure mismatches, missing or extra lines, and POs citing an unknown or mismatched quote.
- ERP and export: Native integrations are built in for Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, and Epicor Kinetic (sales order push), QuickBooks Online (invoice push), and Salesforce (quote pull). Every integration is off by default; you enable it and control when it goes live. Reviewed orders also export in a structured, ERP-neutral shape that loads into any system that accepts structured import. More native connectors are on the roadmap.
- Accuracy: We measure extraction against human-verified 'golden answers' using a built-in evaluation harness, and operator corrections feed back to improve results over time.
- AI: AI helps extract PO fields and powers The Goat copilot. AI extraction is optional and configurable; a deterministic rule-based parser is also available.
- Is customer data used to train AI models: No. Your data is processed only to do the work you ask for and is not used to train AI models.
- The Goat: The Goat answers questions about your POs, exceptions, and readiness. It is read-only: it never edits, sends, deletes, changes setup, or reveals secrets.
- What it is not: It is not a customer portal, not EDI, not generic OCR, and not a procurement tool. It is seller-side order intake and quoting.
